You’ll attend treatment 5 days a week, spending 5 hours each dayfocusing on your healing, surrounded by people who understand and care.In our program, you’ll build skills, gain insight, and grow strongerthrough therapy, peer connection, and holistic practices—all while preparingfor the next step in your journey.
Our Low Intensity Residential program is designed for individuals who are ready to take the next step in recovery but still benefit from daily structure and support. It offers a safe, comfortable living space paired with clinical care and life skills coaching—helping clients rebuild independence while staying grounded in their recovery. At Mainspring, clients typically stay about up to 60 days, receiving 24/7 supervision and five hours of clinical services per week. What makes our program especially effective is that we combine it with our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This pairing helps alleviate common barriers for Medicaid clients—like transportation and lack of stable housing—by providing both treatment and housing.
