Amanda Kube

Amanda brings nearly 6 years of talent acquisition experience across staffing agency and corporate settings. For the past 3.5 years, Amanda worked in early to expansion stage Behavioral Healthcare startups; most recently working at Charlie Health, a virtual IOP program for adolescent and young adult mental health; previously, working with Cerebral, a subscription-based outpatient mental health program for adults.

Amanda’s found success as a foundational talent acquisition team member throughout her career helping grow the teams around her and watching the team she's on grow.

Amanda has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Human Resource Management with a minor in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. While at the University she also played softball at the division II level.

Amanda joined Mainspring at the beginning of 2024 as the Director of Talent Acquisition. She is excited to make an impact on Mainspring’s growth through hiring efforts and looks forward to working with passion and purpose for a mission-driven organization.
