Throughout his career, David has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational success. He has a proven track record of enhancing patient and staff satisfaction, managing substantial budgets, and fostering a patient-centered culture in healthcare settings. As a former Regional Director, he oversaw multiple facilities across multiple states, strategically planning for growth and compliance while advocating for policy changes to improve treatment access.

In addition to his operational expertise, David is actively involved in community advocacy. As former President of the Virginia Association of Medication Assisted Recovery Programs, he promoted collaboration and legislative initiatives aimed at improving medication-assisted treatment and supporting quality care for individuals in need. Dedicated to continuous improvement and community engagement, David strives to enhance mental health and addiction recovery initiatives across the region.

David holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, complemented by minors in Political Science and Religious Studies. He is known for his strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to lead teams toward achieving shared goals.
