Demitra Chandler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years of experience in the social work field. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to serving marginalized communities by founding and operating two private practices and a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential resources.

Demitra joined Mainsprings Recoveryin August 2024 as a Clinical Supervisor and has since transitioned into the role of Clinical Director, where she now leads the clinical department with dedication and expertise. She is passionate about helping individuals strugglingwith substance use disorders, guiding them toward meaningful recovery, and supporting their reintegration into their families and communities.
