Isaac Katz brings about 15 years of financial expertise to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Mainspring Recovery, where he oversees all financial aspects with a keen eye for strategic growth and operational excellence. With a strong background in financial leadership, strategic planning, and business processes, Isaac is dedicated to ensuring Mainspring's continued expansion while upholding the highest standards of care.
Before joining Mainspring, Isaac served as the lead partner for family office services at Acadia Family Office, where he managed the financial affairs of ultra-high net worth individuals, including hedge fund principals and technology company founders, overseeing assets totaling over $4 billion.
In this role, Isaac provided comprehensive financial planning and reporting, implemented effective liquidity and cash management strategies, and ensured compliance with tax regulations. His expertise also extended to overseeing HR functions, managing insurance and risk, and providing strategic guidance for investment and asset allocation.
Prior to his tenure at Acadia Family Office, Isaac held various roles in accounting and finance at Stanley, Black and Decker. He began his career at PwC, where he provided assurance services to a diverse range of clients, including multinational public corporations, private companies, and not-for-profit organizations. Isaac is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Maryland, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at Mainspring.
